These instructions apply to armchairs, beds, settees and tables. The raiser must be fitted front to back on settees, width
ways on beds and either sideways or front to back on chairs depending on it's suitability.
Max Weight Loading - 640Kgs/100 stone per pair. Each extra frame used allows an extra 320Kgs/50 stone of weight
loading.

User precautions:
?This product is only to be installed for the purpose for which it is intended (for raising chairs, beds, settees and tables
placed on a flat, stable and horizontal surface).
?Ensure that the raised furniture is stable before use.
? This raiser is for indoor use only.
? Check tightness of hand wheels and fixings periodically.
? Clean with damp cloth. Use non-abvasive detergent and dry thoroughly.
? For larger pieces of furniture you may require EXT-B2 Extender Bars to safely span the furniture.
Notes:
?CHAIRS/SETTEES - Extra stability can be achieved by raising the rear of the furniture higher than the front.
?SETTEES/BEDS - For beds or settees with 6 or more castors/legs or have an extra support in the middle, a third
raiser will be required to support the middle of the settee or bed.
?BEDS - The raiser should preferably be fitted width ways under the bed.

1Adjust raiser height before fitting. Secure height adjustment using thumbwheel.
2Fit one raiser at a time. If furniture has castors, ensure that the castor is positioned as shown in fig 2a and the protector cap is
fitted before tightening the hand wheel (fig 2b). For legged furniture, ensure that the protector cap is fitted before tightening hand
wheel.

Tighten all long hand wheels to clamp castors/legs in place (fig 3a). Tighten short hand wheels on side of raisers to lock
the raiser's length (fig 3b). Finally, ensure the furniture is stable before use.
