First of all, please check if the screen has been damaged in transport. The cables and the back LCD are very easy to break.

#1 Make sure you have read through the installation instruction within the package.

#2 Perform the replacement under a electro-static discharge (ESD) free environment.

Solution: make sure your phone has been charged; check the cable for LCD is damaged in transport; reconnect the cable after clean the cable with alcohol. Or just

2. Lines in the screen

Solution: that is static reaction. If you connect the cables many times in short time, there will be static. That lines will disappear itself after you recharged the

phone.

3. Touch no response

Solution: recheck the cable before installation. The edge between the cable and screen is very thin. If that part is damaged, there will be no response. If no damage,
