CONGRATULATIONS
And thank you for purchasing a new E Barrow.
We have done our utmost to ensure your E Barrow will be the most trouble free and
productive machine you will ever use. Please read the operators manual carefully
before using your E Barrow.
HINTS FOR SAFE OPERATION
DO Study this manual before operating your E Barrow.
DO Check all nuts, bolts, and wheel studs weekly.
DO Be safety conscious and dress appropriately when operating your
E Barrow. Always wear substantial footwear and a hard hat in
relevant areas.
DO Exercise extreme caution with the controls when working on
steep or slippery surfaces. Especially, when people are near to
the working area.
DO Ensure that all safety guards are in place when operating the E
Barrow
ATTENTION
DO Keep the E Barrow free of any accumulation of dirt, grease, oil or
other flammable material.
DO After use, connect the Barrow to the battery charger. If the barrow
is not used for a long time, please make sure to save it after being
fully charged, and minimum one time fully charge needed every 3
months,otherwise, battery failure may caused.
SAFETY
DO NOT Allow anyone lacking in experience to operate your E Barrow.
DO NOT Carry “passengers” on your E Barrow.
DO NOT Start work without completing the daily maintenance checks.
DO NOT Operate the E Barrow without exercising appropriate safety
precautions.
DO NOT Use other types of battery charger or batteries.
ATTENTION
DO NOT Pressure wash directly onto the Barrows electronics.
BE SAFE : EXERCISE COMMON SENSE AT ALL TIMES.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
GETTING STARTED:
1. Using the battery charger cable, charge the batteries until the “Battery
symbol” full load.
2. Check that the locking catch of skip has engaged before moving off.
3. For first time use, please switch on the main power.
TO STOP:
1. Release all the control lever. The E Barrow will slow down and stop.
After a short delay the parking brake will automatically come on.
2. Turn the key switch to “OFF” position.
TO EMERGENCY STOP:
1. Push the red button.
2. Turn the red button to right for reset the emergency stop.
TO MOVE FORWARD:
1. Turn the key switch to ONposition.
2. Choose speed on the panel as following
1 max speed 2km/h
2 max speed 4km/h
3 max speed 6km/h
3. Gently engage the left hand Deadman Lever, the E barrow will move
forward.
4. Check the black button on the right control handle and confirm the
button is in the pop-up state (D).
5. Gently press thumb switch, the more you press, the faster it runs.
TO REVERSE:
1. Release the left hand Dead Man Lever and right hand throttle to stop
the E Barrow.
2. Press the black button on the right control handle to R status.
(There will be “bee bee bee” alarm from the machine.)
3. Gently engage the left hand Deadman Lever, the E barrow will move.
6. Gently press thumb switch, the more you press, the faster it runs.
NOTE:
1. Press the red button on the left handle when power on, the barrow can
be moved forward and reverse.
2. Electromagnetic brake (P & N) instruction:
When working, please keep on P position; when power off, please
keep on N to move the machine.
3. For long time no use, please fully charge and turn off the main power.
TO EMPTY SKIP:
Stop the machine and disengage the right hand skip release lever.
Jerk both handles upwards.
NOTE: Make sure the front of E barrow no people
TO RESET SKIP:
Pull back on the skip and engage the locking catch that holds the skip
closed.
NOTE: Check that the locking catch has engaged before moving off.
TO CHARGE THE BATTERY:
1. Connect the power line with the charging interface, then connect the
plug to the main power.
2. After charging, please disconnect the plug first, then disconnect the
power line with charging interface.
NOTE:
Violation of the above operation may result in damage to the machine or
personal injury!!!

Routine checks of your E Barrow will ensure trouble free operation with
less ’down’ time.
