it open in a plastic bag or plastic kitchen wrap.
2 Do not store the waterproof housing in hot, cold or humid places
or near substances such as naphthalene or insecticides.
3 Do not store the waterproof seals in a place in which they can
accumulate dust or become scratched.

remove the waterproof seals and wipe off the grease. To wipe off
the grease, hold a seal between your index finger and thumb and
slide your fingers around the seal. Place the seals in a clean plastic
bag and make sure weight is not placed on them during storage.
Also, make sure it is not twisted when stored.

seal is damaged, do not use it under any circumstance. Replace it.
