FFKM and FKM replacement O-ring kits for REG-SA/SB, DN 10 to 40
and SCA-X / CHV-X all sizes (DN 15 to 125)

• Do not remove the bonnet while the valve is still under pressure.
• Remove the standard CR O-ring from the valve with a “soft” tool
preventing scratching of the valve O-ring groove (fig. 1).
• Lubricate the O-ring with oil (same type as the compressor oil), then mount the new
FFKM or FKM O-ring + tag (fig. 2) for the correct FFKM or FKM O-ring type.
FFKM O-ring (WHITE tag):
Applicable for R717 (NH₃) heat pump applications in the temperature range of +100°C and +150°C.
FKM O-ring (BLUE tag):
Applicable for R1270 (Propylene) applications in the continous temperature range of -60°C and
+150°C .
