Once the oven is hot, place the insole,
with the yellow arch pad attached, into
the oven faced upward, and heat for 1
minute 30 seconds.
NOTE
•
To avoid overheating, shrinkage, or
damage to the material, make sure to take
the insole out after 1 minute 30 seconds.
•
Be careful when placing the insole into the
oven as the inside of the oven will be
extremely hot. Make sure that no contact is
made with the sides of the oven as there is
a risk of damage to the material.
•
This product is pre-fitted with yellow arch
pads. The pads must be left on during
heating and molding. If arch support is felt
to be excessive after heat molding, remove
the arch pad, and if support is insufficient,
attach the red arch pad instead.
If heat molding is to be re-performed, it
should be done after attaching the yellow
arch pads.
•
When performing heat molding, the toe
arch pad should not be attached. If
re-performing heat molding, make sure to
remove the toe arch pad.

Place the heated up insole on the
footbed.
Align your heel with the heel guide plate
and align the toe end by aligning the
center of the insole with the center of
the footbed.
