(210°F).
Heat molding procedure
1.
Remove the inner soles from the shoes.
2.
Place the inner soles inside the pre-heated oven with the
tops facing upward and let them heat for a minute until they
become malleable.
Note:
When placing the inner soles in the oven, do not let
them touch against the interior walls of the oven as
they are extremely hot and may damage the material.
Select from the included arch pads the pads with the
height suitable for the shoes which will actually be

After inserting the selected arch pads into the inner
soles, place them in the oven.
For the front arch pads, attach them if necessary after

avoid overheating and damaging the material.
3.
Place the heated inner soles back in the shoes and have
the customer put the shoes on with all straps and buckles
tightened to their normal riding position.
4.
With the straps tightened, ask the customer to stand still for
approximately 5 minutes with his/her full weight applied to
both inner soles for their imprints. At this time, apply the
weight on the front of the shoes.
5.
After five minutes, inner soles should cool down to almost
room temperature and conformed to the rider’s feet.
6.
The customer can attach the included front arch pads later,
if necessary.
This completes the heat molding procedure for the
inner soles.
Note:
Heat molding of the inner soles can be done up to two

Have the customer stand up and apply the weight on the
front of the shoes (around the thenar) equally on both
sides. In that condition, operate the vacuum pump for
approximately two minutes to vacuum mold the shoe.
To avoid the reduction of the shoe temperature, perform
steps 4 to 8 within three minutes.
9.
When finished, remove the vacuum hose, pressure bag and
the protective toe cap from the customer’s foot.
However, because the shoe is still warm and may change its
shape, ask the customer to keep still for another 5 minutes,

within the warranty period.
After three times the heat molding can still be repeated,
however the molding might slowly become less effective.
Parts are not guaranteed against natural wear or
deterioration resulting from normal use.
