Electro-Voice 841-40 is a versatile FM receiver with a built-in 40-watt RMS audio amplifier and a microphone preamplifier. It is designed for background music and paging applications and features an electronic music mute circuit for quickly fading out the music while paging. Other features include a variable tone control, a high-level phono input jack, a microphone jack with selectable impedance, and speaker outputs for 4 or 8 ohms; or 25 or 70-volt balanced lines.
