Trinamic TMC429-PI24 is a single-axis stepper motor driver with StallGuard2, a sensorless load detection feature for increased safety and precision. Thanks to its high-resolution microstepping, it provides smooth and precise motor control for various applications. With a wide supply voltage range, it can operate with motors requiring up to 24 V and deliver up to 1.7 A of continuous current. The integrated protection features, such as overcurrent and overtemperature protection, ensure reliable operation even under demanding conditions.

5 General PCB Footprint and Packaging Information Resources
These guidelines and information are proposals and suggestions as they are proven and work well with
TRINAMIC modules. Some ICs are available in Tape & Reel and in IC trays.
5.1 Tape & reel
Tape & Reel are dependent on the package and will have the following dimensions like shown in Table 2.
