Attaching the brushes
• Attach the side brushes according to the colour of the slot by pushing the
brushes onto the coloured pins.
• Make sure that the side brushes are rmly in place.
Preparation
• Remove any obstacles, such as power cables, toys and other objects.
• Tuck any tassels underneath the rug.
• Do not let curtains or tablecloths dangle on the oor.
• Test the automatic vacuum cleaner in areas with stairs to see whether it
can recognise edges.
• Do not stand in the way of the vacuum, otherwise it cannot clean.

Using the robot with the app
Charging the Robot
The app “SILVERCREST SSRA1” is available on the Apple app store and on
Google Play, free of charge.
• Install the “SILVERCREST SSRA1” app on your smartphone.
• Open the app and click on “Prole”.
• Click on “Log in/Register” .
• Select “Register” from the Log in menu.
• In order to register, enter your email address and conrm that you agree
with the terms of usage. Click on “Next step” to proceed.
• Click on “Request conrmation code” and check your emails - you should
receive an email containing the code.
• Enter the conrmation code and choose your password.
• Click on “Register” and you will be logged in.
• The app will automatically open the “Automatic cleaner” menu after suc-
cessful registration.
• To connect your automatic vacuum cleaner, go into settings on your
smartphone and select a WiFi network which has a strong signal. Please
make sure that devices can join the network.
• Change the position of the operating switch on the automatic vacuum
cleaner to “-”.
• Press and hold the “Spot mode/reduce time settings” button on the vacu-
um for around 5 seconds - until you hear a beep.
• The automatic vacuum cleaner will change into set-up mode to create a
WiFi connection and the network indicator will ash.
• To add your automatic vacuum cleaner, open the “Automatic cleaner”
menu and select “Add an automatic cleaner”.
• Select the model “SSRA1”.
• Enter your WiFi password and click “Connect” in order to connect to WiFi.
The automatic vacuum cleaner should connect to the WiFi shortly after.
Add Robot
When the battery is the robot automatically drives into the charging station.
Make sure the automatic vacuum cleaner is fully charged before using it for
the rst time. This takes around 5 to 6 hours. The charging progress is also
displayed on the device.
Place the charging station at against the wall and connect the power cable.
Please note:
Keep 1m from the left/right-hand
side and 2m in front free from any
objects.
Before starting to charge the device, please make sure that the operating
switch on the automatic vacuum cleaner is switched to “-”. If the “Start/Pause”
button lights up, the automatic vacuum has been successfully turned on.

Please note:
After it has nished cleaning, do not
turn the automatic vacuum o. Rather,
leave the vacuum in the charging station
so that it is ready for when you want to
clean next.

When in auto mode, the ro-
bot back and forth in parallel
lines.
When in edge mode, the
obot travels along the edge
of the room, cleaning the cor-
ners, and then goes back to
the charging station.
When in charge mode, the
robot returns to the charging
station.
This mode can be activated,
if an area is particularly dirty.
When in classic mode, the
robot cleans in every direc-
tion. This mode is suitable for
carpet surfaces.
When in spot mode, the
robot focuses on one area.
