1. Server Operation Guide
1.1. Login as administrator
To use the features of administrator, you need to log in
using Server PC.
Steps:
1. Click “File” on the menu bar
2. Click “Login”
3. Enter the password
4. Click “OK”
5. Click “Update Map” to save the map

1.2. Add Map Tab
You can add up to 8 map tabs to the display.
Steps:
1. Click “File” on the menu bar
2. Click “Map”
3. Click “New Map”
4. Enter the name for the new map tab.
5. Click “OK”

1.3. Edit Map Tab
The name and the order of the Map Tab can be edited.
Steps to change the name of the Map Tab:
1. Click “File” on the menu bar
2. Click “Map”
3. Click “Edit Map”
4. Double click on the name of tab to be edited
5. Enter the new name
6. Click “OK”

Steps to change the order of the Map Tab:
1. Click the Tab to be reordered
2. Press “Up” or “Down” to change the order
3. Click “OK”
Steps to delete the Map Tab:
1. Click the Tab to be deleted
2. Press “Delete”
3. Click “OK”

1.4. Inserting Map Elements
1.4.1. Importing Image
Several images can be inserted into the map tabs.
The supported image formats are BMP, GIF, JPEG,
PNG, and TIFF.
Steps to change the name of the Map Tab:
1. Click “File” on the menu bar
2. Click “Import Image”
3. Select the image file to be imported
4. Click “OK”

1.4.2. Inserting Zone
Zone is used to monitor the system’s sound output.
There are 4 shapes that can be used.
Steps to insert zone to the map:
1. Click “File” on the menu bar
2. Click “Insert Zone”
3. Click on the shape wanted
4. Insert the Text to be displayed by the zone
5. Select the Font Size of the text
6. Select the color of the text
7. Select the color of the zone when idle
8. Select the color of the zone when active
9. Select how the color of the zone will change when
active
10. Select the zone to be assigned to the zone.
11. Click “OK”

1.4.3. Inserting Switch
Switch is used to monitor and control the system.
There are 3 types of switch.
1. Control Input Switch: triggers the Control Input
2. Control Output Switch: triggers the Control Output
3. Talk Switch: trigger the server to play sound from
mic.
Steps to insert switch to the map:
1. Click “File” on the menu bar
2. Click “Insert Switch”
3. Click on the switch type wanted
4. Insert the Text to be displayed by the switch
5. Select the Font Size of the text
6. Select the contact input / contact output number
to be assigned to the switch.
7. Select the type of the switch. Pulse Switch will
activate the switch for 1 second and then
deactivate the switch automatically, while Level
Switch stays.
8. Select the color of the text

9. Select the color of the zone when the switch is Off
10. Select the color of the zone when the switch is On
11. Select how the color of the switch will change
when On
12. Click “OK”
For Talk Switch, there are no options to change.

1.4.5. Inserting Remote Mic
Remote mic is used to monitor the Remote Mic status.
Steps to insert Remote Mic to the map:
1. Click “File” on the menu bar
2. Click “Insert Remote Mic”
3. Click RM Address
4. Select the color when normal
5. Select the color when general paging
6. Select how the color will change when general
paging
7. Assign the RM Address represented
8. Click “OK”
