for young children, remove and
safely discard the protective cover
fitted to the power plug of this

accessories are correctly and
securely fitted onto the hand
mixer before operation. Follow the

source of heat. Always disconnect
the hand mixer from the supply if
it is left unattended and before

or cleaning.
Unwind the power cord fully
before use.
If the safety overheat protection
is activated due to excessive
load and the hand mixer stops
working when in use, unplug and
allow the motor to cool down.
Reduce the recipe quantity and/or
operation time.
Before attaching or removing any
accessories (beaters, dough hooks
or whisk), ensure the hand mixer
is switched off at the power outlet

at any speed, use the turbo boost
function. Press and hold down
the speed selector scroll wheel to
activate. (Fig. 5)

Care, Cleaning & Storage
Storage
The hand mixer comes with a handy
snap-on storage case so you will
never have to go searching for your
accessories again.
1. Sit the storage case on a flat
surface and place the beaters,
whisk and dough hooks inside.
Position the beaters so they
are in opposite directions from
each other. Do the same for the
dough hooks, then add the whisk,
ensuring all attachments lay flat in
the storage case. Tuck the power
cord into the storage case.
2. With the hand mixer slightly tilted
at the front, align the slots on the
sides on the hand mixer motor
body with the tabs on the sides
of the storage case. Push firmly
downwards until the motor body
snaps securely onto the storage
case. The hand mixer is secure
when lifted and the storage case
stays attached.
NOTE
The storage case is designed to
snap tightly onto the hand mixer
motor body to ensure that it does
not come apart when moved.
NOTE
Do not wash or soak the motor
body in water or any other liquid.
Do not allow water or any other
liquid to enter the motor body
and gear system as damage
may result.

Troubleshooting
Problem Possible Issue Solution
The motor does
not seem as fast
on high speed as
I am used to.
The DC motor is designed to operate
quietly and efficiently, using less power
to perform the same mixing tasks as an
AC model.
This is normal.
The motor works
very slowly.
Too many ingredients in the bowl. Remove some
ingredients and restart.
The speed selector scroll wheel is set
too low.
Set the speed selector scroll wheel
to a higher speed.
The motor does
not start.
The power plug is not plugged into the
wall outlet, the outlet is not turned on, or
the circuit breaker has been tripped.
Plug into outlet and check function
of outlet.
The hand mixer is not turned on. Move speed selector scroll wheel to
the desired speed.
The motor may have overheated Let the motor to cool down and
reduce the recipe quantity and/or
operation time.
The motor is damaged. Call our customer service
department.
The accessories
stop rotating.
This hand mixer has a safety feature when
it detects a heavy load (no rotation).
To reset, turn control knob to
(OFF) and let it rest until the
motor cools

and restart.
