you can start enjoying your new purchase.
*All orders are mailed out within 3-6 business days.
* Before you purchase, please check with your Local DMV for the rules in your State.
*The buyer is responsible for the post-delivery inspection to secure all nuts, bolts, hoses, lines,
tires, change engine and gear oil and anything else necessary to ensure the vehicle is ready to
be operated.
* Before purchasing a unit on this site, you agree that you have done the appropriate research
regarding safe operation and maintenance of the vehicle, and will handle the unit in
compliance with the laws of your state and local laws for off-road and on-road vehicles.

Before the delivery driver arrives, have a camera (preferably digital) ready.
Damages
1. After the delivery driver arrives and unloads your box, but before the delivery driver leaves,
open and box and inspect the condition of the unit carefully and note any and all damages.
2. The delivery driver is required to stay there for a minimum of 15 minutes so that you can
inspect your unit. They will not wait for you to completely unpackaged or assemble the unit.
Please call us immediately if the delivery driver is attempting to leave before the required wait
time has expired.
3. Do not take any advice from the delivery driver in regards to your shipment.
4. If there are minor damages to your unit, please notate the damages on the delivery slip
(driver's copy as well as your copy). We will be able to send you replacement parts free of charge.
If there is no notation of damage on the delivery slip (driver's copy), you will be responsible of
cost of replacement parts and freight.

Cut straps off crate

Disassemble crate
STEP3
Cut any wires holding bike and remove bike from crate.
STEP4
Pop seat and remove bolts bag covers and battery.

STEP5
Attach vin cover and carb cover.
STEP6
Attach bracket with voltage regulator and horn.
STEP7
Check that the fuse is in place.
STEP8
Install handle bar assembly using steering stem bolt (use red lock tight).
STEP9
Install front brake caliper.
STEP10
Install front wheel(make sure that brake pads are spread apart for rotor to fit, make sure spacer is
on the correct side and that the speed sensor is positioned correctly).
STEP11
Install rear shock and muffler brackets.
STEP12
Install headlight assembly (make sure to connect the headlight).
STEP13
Install rear foot pegs over floorboard cover.
STEP14
Install mirrors.
STEP15
Fill battery with fluid and install battery (wear gloves for safety).

STEP16
Check rear brake for proper adjustment.

Check front brake.
STEP18
Change oil (use 10w30).
STEP19
Fill with gas and turn bike on. Check that all lights are working properly and speedometer is
working properly.
