WL‐100WheelKit(WL‐WK):

Unitsequippedwithawheelkitinclude4casters(2swivel‐typeand2rigid)andadetachable

handle.

Atotalof8“bulldog”couplersareweldedtoelementsoftheframe.Thesecouplersprovidethe

meansforattachingthecasterstothetable.

 Fourbulldogs(seeitems1‐4inthediagrambelow)areattachedtotheframeinlocationswherethe

casterscannotcontacttheground.Thecastersmustbesecuredtothesebulldogswheneverthe

tableisinuse.

DONOTapplyaloadtothetabletopunlessthecastersareinthestoragebulldogs.

 Theotherbulldogs(items5‐8)areattachedtotheframeinlocationswherethecasterswillcontact

thegroundwhenthetableislowered(seeFIG.3onp.2).

 Castersarepinnedtothebulldogswith

in.x4

in.clevispinsandhairpinclips.Tosecureacaster

inaparticularbulldog,removethehairpinclipfromtheendoftheclevispinandthenremovethe

clevispinfromthebulldog.Placethemountingbracketofthecasterwithinthebulldog;then

reinserttheclevispinandsecureitinplacebyinsertingahairpinclipthroughtheholeintheendof

theclevis.





 

smallring.Toretractthespringpins,pulltheringawayfrom

thetable.

Toinstallthehandle,pulltheringtoretractthespring

pins;

inserttheendsofthehandleintothereceivers;thenrelease

thepins.Alignthepinholesintheendsofthehandlewiththe

springpinstolockthehandleintoplace.
