Dell M8034-RF is a 4-bay network storage server powered by a 2.1 GHz Intel Atom C3538 processor and 8GB of ECC DDR4 memory. It comes pre-installed with FreeNAS, a free and open-source operating system for network-attached storage (NAS) devices. With four hot-swappable SATA drive bays, Dell M8034-RF can store up to 32TB of data. It supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, and 10, allowing you to choose the right level of data protection for your needs. Dell
Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) RAID Storage Manager is a stand-alone storage
management application that enables administrators to configure, monitor, and
manage storage configurations on SAS controllers, physical drives, and virtual disks.
This article discusses the application’s key features for Dell PowerEdge
SC servers
and Dell Precision
workstations.

n addition to creatin

a new controller. They can use Dell SAS RSM to save an existin

configuration to disk by performing the following steps:
