STEP 1
1. Assemble the Left Rotating Shaft (21) on the Front Base Frame (1), using Flat Washer Φ11*Φ20*2 (85),
Hex bolt M10x20 (75), and Hex Bolt M10x25 (76).
2. Assemble the Right Rotating Shaft (22) on the Front Base Frame (1), using Flat Washer Φ11*Φ20*2 (85)
and Hex Bolt M10x20 (75).

STEP 2
1. Fix Front Base Frame (2), Left Upright Frame (3), and Right Upright Frame (4) together, using Flat Washer
Φ11*Φ20*2 (85), Flat Washer Φ10.5*Φ30*2.5 (87), M10 Nut (91), and Hex Bolt M10x70 (79). Don’t tighten
bolts and nuts.
2. Install the Weight Support Frame (6) on the Left Upright Frame (3), and Right Upright Frame (4). The two
ends of the shaft should be inserted into the bearing on the upright Frame (3&4).

STEP 3
1. Fix Rear Base Frame (3), Left Upright Frame (3), and Right Upright Frame (4) together, using Flat Washer
Φ11*Φ20*2 (85), Flat Washer Φ10.5*Φ30*2.5 (87), M10 Nut (91), and Hex Bolt M10x70 (79). Don’t tighten
bolts and nuts.
2. Connect the end of Seat Cushion Frame (5), Left Upright Frame (3), and Right Upright Frame (4), using
Flat Washer Φ11*Φ20*2 (85), Flat Washer Φ10.5*Φ30*2.5 (87), M10 Nut (91), and Hex Bolt M10x70 (79).
Don’t tighten bolts and nuts.
3. Connect the other end of Seat Cushion Frame (5), Left Upright Frame (3), and Left Handlebar Frame (18),
using Flat Washer Φ11*Φ20*2 (85), Spring Washer Φ10 (82), M10 Nut (91), and Hex Bolt M10x70 (79).
4. Connect the other end of Seat Cushion Frame (5), Right Upright Frame (4), and Right Handlebar Frame
(19), using Flat Washer Φ11*Φ20*2 (85), Spring Washer Φ10 (82), M10 Nut (91), and Hex Bolt M10x70
(79).
Tighten all bolts and nuts.

STEP 4
1. Assemble Movable Frame(7) on the Rear Base Frame(2), using Rotating Shaft(23), Flat Washer
Φ10.5*Φ30*2.5 (87), Spring Washer Φ10 (82) and Hex Bolt M10x20 (75).
2. Connecting Top Frame (8), Movable Frame(7) and Support Frame (6), using Rotating Shaft(27), Flat
Washer Φ10.5*Φ30*2.5 (87), and M10 Nut (91), other side using Flat Washer Φ13.5*Φ24*2.5 (90) and
M12 Nut (92).
TIGHTEN ALL NUTS.

STEP 5
1. Install Lower Swing Frame (16), Bearing Washer (55), Upper Swing Frame (15), Bearing Washer (55),
Cam (14), Bearing Washer (55), Right Swing Frame (10) and Spacer Bush (31) on the Right Rotating Shaft
(22) in turn as shown the figure.
2. Install Lower Swing Frame (16), Bearing Washer (55), Upper Swing Frame (15), Bearing Washer (55),
Cam (14), Bearing Washer (55), Left Swing Frame (9) and Spacer Bush (31) on the Left Rotating Shaft
(21) in turn as shown the figure.

STEP 6
Assemble Fixing Plate(28) on the Seat Cushion Frame(5), using Rotating Shaft(23), Flat Washer
Φ11*Φ20*2(85), Spring Washer Φ10 (82) and Hex Bolt M10x20 (75). Then Fix the
Fixing Plate(28) on the Left
and Right Swing Frame(9&10), using Flat Washer Φ11*Φ20*2(85), Spring Washer Φ10 (82) and Hex Bolt
M10x25 (76).

STEP 7
Connect the Connecting Rod (33), Left Swing Frame (9) and Right Swing Frame(10) together, using Flat Washer
Φ11*Φ20*2(85), M10 Nut (91) and Hex Bolt M10x70 (77).

1. Assemble Connecting Link(17) on the Movebal Frame(7) and Upper Swing Frame (15), using Spring
Washer Φ12 (83) and M12 Nut (92).
2. Assemble Connecting Link(17) on the Movebal Frame(7) and Lower Swing Frame (16), using Spring
Washer Φ12 (83) and M12 Nut (92).
PAY ATTENTION:
1. Make sure the Weight Support Frame (6) and Rubber Bumper (48) fit together.
2. Make sure the Long Plastic Sleeve (19) is in the center of product.
3. Adjust the length of Connecting Link (17) to the purpose position according to the figure 3.

STEP 9
1. Assemble Left Leg Cushion Frame(11) and Bearing Washer(55) on the Left Swing Frame(9), using Flat
Washer Φ11*Φ34*3(88), Spring Washer Φ10 (82) and Hex Bolt M10x25 (76).
2. Assemble Right Leg Cushion Frame(12) and Bearing Washer(55) on the Right Swing Frame(10), using Flat
Washer Φ11*Φ34*3(88), Spring Washer Φ10 (82) and Hex Bolt M10x25 (76). Tighten all the Bolts.

STEP 10
Fix Short Weight Support Frame (35) on the Wight Support Frame (6), using Flat Washer
Φ10.5*Φ30.2.5(87), Spring Washer Φ10 (82), Big Washer Φ13*Φ37*3(89),
Flat Washer
Φ13.5*Φ24*2.5(90), M10 Nut (92), Hex Bolt M10x70 (79), and Hex Bolt M12*75 (80). Tighten all the Bolts.

STEP 11
Assemble Fixing Frame (32) on the Seat Cushion Frame (5), using Flat Washer Φ10.5*Φ30.2.5(87),
Spring Washer Φ10 (82),
Flat Washer Φ10.5*Φ30*2.5(87), M10 Nut (91), and Hex Bolt M10x70 (79).
Tighten all the Bolts.

STEP 12
Install the Back Cushion Frame (13) on the Fixing Frame (32), using Pan Head, Hex Bolt M8*20(68).
Then Fix the Knob (44) on the
Fixing Frame (32).

STEP 13
1. Assemble Weight Plate Holder(20) on the Left Upright Frame(3) and Right Upright Frame (4), using Flat
Washer Φ11*Φ20*2(85), Spring Washer Φ10 (82) and Pan Head, Hex Bolt M10x25 (70).
2. Assemble Weight Plate Holder(20) on the Short Weight Support Frame (32), using Flat Washer
Φ11*Φ20*2(85), Spring Washer Φ10 (82) and Pan Head, Hex Bolt M10x25 (70). Tighten all the Bolts.
3. Assemble Rubber Bumper(46) and Clip(58) on the Weight Plate Holder(20).

STEP 14
1. Assemble Seat Cushion(24) on the Seat Cushion Frame(5), using Flat Washer Φ11*Φ20*2(85), and Hex Bolt
M10x70 (79).
2. Assemble Back Cushion(25) on the Back Cushion Frame(13), using Flat Washer Φ11*Φ20*2(85), and Hex
Bolt M10x50 (78).
3. Assemble Leg Pad(26) on the Left Leg Pad Frame(10) and Right Leg pad Frame(11), using Countersunk
Head Screw M10*25(73).
Tighten all the Bolts.
