If you already have a SIM card, please follow the instructions below to activate your 4G device.

ACTIVATION STEPS

1. INSTALL YOUR SIM CARD

Detach the SIM card from the larger plastic card. Remove the battery (if required) on your

compatible Page Plus 4G LTE device to access the SIM card slot. Hold your Page Plus SIM card

with the gold contacts face down and put it in the SIM card slot of your device so that the gold

side is touching the metal contacts of the device. Put your battery back in the device.

2. CHOOSE A PLAN

Decide which Page Plus monthly talk/text/data plan fits your needs.

3. ACTIVATE YOUR SERVICE

Visit pagepluscellular.com/activate, call 1-800-550-2436 or contact an authorized Page Plus

dealer to activate your new service and start your monthly plan.
