This premium installation kit is for 1998-05 Mercedes Benz S Class (W220) with base model radio (dash modication

required). Included are all the parts you need to mount your car stereo or CD player into your vehicle’s dash. Refer to

individual instruction in this manual to remove your vehicles factory radio and assemble the kit.

Lift and slide out radio command

unit then unplug wiring and

retained screws and push the

assembly into the double DIN

face panel.

Reconnect all wiring to the back of the head unit and push the air

conditioning panels into the face panel, reconnecting the plugs (Image

Not Shown).

Screw the face panel into place at the bottom right corners, then

install everything in reverse order of the disassembly to complete your

installation.
