UAV Frame LG 30 Assembly Manual

  • Hello! I've reviewed the Assembly manual for the UAVFRAME LG 30 & LG 25. This document includes detailed instructions for assembling the carbon fiber frame, highlighting the use of aluminum spacers, grommets, and specific mounting techniques. I'm here to answer any questions you have about the assembly process or the frame's components.
  • What material is the frame made of?
What should I check before and after assembly?
What should I use to slide the grommets onto the tubes?

.
Start with screwing the aluminum spacer on the aluminum rod, only
on one side, push it in the carbon tube and screw the other aluminum
spacer on the rod (you might need to use 2 m3 bolts (one in each
spacer) to tighten them.
Put in the aluminum brackets the grommets of 14 x 7 mm
Put a grommet of 18 x 8 mm on the 400 mm tube,
Always use some silicon or wd40 on the tube
before sliding the grommet over it
Mount the endcap over the tube
put in the carbon u-shape 4 x the grommets of 14 x 8
Slide the 2 tubes through the grommet
(dont forget to spay with silicon or wd40)
Next u-shape the same, and after shis you can mount the grommets of
18 x 8 mm and the endcaps
Mount the 2 brackets like above, and spray off course
Now you can mount the upper rails (80 mm hart to hart, so a PH AV130
will fit directly), use the aluminum caps and the m3 x 10 bolts
When finished your gear should look like this.
Further assembly is about the batterytray for LG30 & LG25
This is the stongest mounting location of the battery tray
This is as well a location to mount the battery tray (we think the
weakest). But this way you can balance your lipos and gimbal
You can as well put the tray between the frame/wiredampersystem
and landing gear
