Zipper Mowers ZI-DOP600 is a diesel oil pump with a rated power of 600W. It has a maximum flow of 40L/min and a maximum delivery height of 5m. The pump is easy to use, simply connect all parts correctly, make sure it was well sealed before using, connect the power and withdraw the gun from the oil dispenser, then move the stock switch to toggle “ON” to fill the container. After filling, move the stock switch to toggle “OFF” and put back the gun to the oil dispenser. The pump is also equipped with a filter screen that needs to be cleaned periodically.

ZIPPER pump! This manual contains im-
portant information and advice for the cor-
rect and safe use and maintenance of the
pump model ZI-DOP600. The manual is part
of the machine and may not be stored sepa-
rately. Read it carefully before first use of the
machine and keep it for later reference.
When the machine is handed to other per-
sons always put the manual to the machine.
Please follow the security instructions!

•
ERSTE SCHRITTE
1. Schließen Sie alle Teile korrekt an, und stellen Sie vor Betrieb sicher, dass alles fest ver-
bunden ist.
2. Schließen Sie den Strom an (vergewissern Sie sich vorher über die Spannungsversor-
gung).
3. Ziehen Sie die Zapfpistole aus der Halterung und bewegen Sie den Kippschalter auf “ON”.
4. Füllen Sie den Behälter auf.
5. Nach dem Auffüllen bewegen Sie den Kippschalter auf “OFF” und stecken Sie die Zapfpis-
tole wieder in die Halterung.
• WARNUNG!
1. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Zähler vor jedem Betrieb auf null zurückgesetzt ist.
2. Vermeiden Sie es die Pumpe ohne Öl laufen zu lassen.
3. Die Filterwand muss regelmäßig gereinigt werden.

•
OPERATION STEPS
1. Connect all parts correctly, make sure it was well sealed before using.
2. Connect the power (voltage supply must be confirmed before cable connecting)
3. Withdraw the gun from the oil dispenser move the stock switch to toggle “ON”.
4. Fill the container.
5. After filling, move the stock switch to toggle “OFF” and put back the gun to the oil dis-
penser.
• CAUTION!
1. Make sure the single counting was reset to zero before using each time.
2. Avoid to run without any oil.
3. The filter screen need to be cleaned periodically.
