Differential Typically less than 1/2 degree turn-on to turn-off.
The difference between the nominal turn-on and turn-off is less than or equal to 1/2 degree.
See diagram Trip Point Variance From Zero Reference.
Automatic controls are intended to move machine elements without operator input. This motion can be dangerous
to persons unfamiliar with the intended control action. Exercise care when operating the automatic control.
WWARNING
When the Level Controller is used as a switch to a tip alarm in rechargeable battery-operated electrical systems, the
warning device will not sound if the system voltage drops below the input voltage rating for the relay to the alarm.
WWARNING
This control uses a sensing signal which cannot be seen. This creates an extra danger of unforeseen stopping and
starting of machine components. Advise operators to turn the control OFF when people are near the sensor or the
controlled machine element.
