desiredLOADandTIME,thenpressENTER.
AfteryouhavesetyourdesiredSEG.1setting,"SEG.2"willappearinthe
window.ForSegments2-8settings,pleaserefertotheinstructionsasabove.
Onceallsegmentsareset,yourownpersonalprogram,underINTV.2willbe
recorded.
Ifyouonlywanttosetfoursegments,forexample,leavetheTIMEofsegment5
withavalueofzero,andthebikewillperformonlyyourdesiredfoursegments.
Whenpedaling,thewindowwilldisplaythecourseprofilesandtheywillflash
fromSEG1.
Attheendofeachsegment,thedisplaywillread"GOINGTOSEGMENTX"
Youcanchangethetensionlevelduringyourworkout.
Ifyoustopinthemiddleofyourworkout,youwillbepromptedto"PEDALTO
START".Allinputinformation(TIME,DIST.,CAL.,etc.)willberetained.

Theprogramscontroltheloadofyourworkout.
1.PressthePROGRAMbuttonstoscrollbetweenthe6Programs.Whenyou
havechosentheprogramyouwant,press"ENTER".
2.Youwillbepromptedto"PRESSTOSETTIME/DIST".Youcanonlyset
TIMEorDISTANCE(butnotboth).UsebuttonstosetyourdesiredTIME
orDISTANCE,thenpressENTER.Ifyoudon'tpressENTER,thedisplaywill
promptyouto"PRESSENTER".
3.Theprogramprofilewillbedisplayedinthemainwindow,andwillbeginwhen
youstarttheunitbypedaling.Ifyoudonotbeginpedalingimmediately,you
willbepromptedto"PEDALTOSTART".
4.Duringtheseprograms,theunitwillautomaticallyswitchbetweenloads,
givingyouthefeelingofridingonhillsorlevelground.
