Storage Cabinets – 9000 Series
Assembly Instructions
Thank you for selecting Salsbury’s storage cabinets. We are confident that the quality and construction of the cabinets will prove to be a good
investment. These instructions are intended to assist you in the assembly of standard, counter height, wardrobe, and combination models.
Individual job conditions will dictate whether the storage cabinets must be anchored to the wall, the floor, or both and the type of fasteners to use to
do so.
General Notes
1. Pages 1 through 6 provide instructions for the 18” deep and 24” deep standard storage cabinets. Pages 7 through 9 provide special information
required to assemble the counter-height, wardrobe, and combination storage cabinets. For other than the standard storage cabinets, use the
standard storage cabinet instructions as a guide while referring to the pictures and special information for the other cabinets. Parts and quantities of
fasteners used will be different than for the standard cabinets.
2. Figure 9 on page 6 shows all the parts for the standard storage cabinet that should be in the package with their names as used in this document.
The parts for the counter height, wardrobe, and combination storage cabinets are shown on pages 7 through 9.
3. All the screwed connections should initially be only finger tight. Square the cabinet assembly before firmly tightening all the screwed connections.
Typical Assembly – Standard Storage Cabinet
1. Lay the Back down on a flat surface with the bottom flange up. The end with no flange and four (4) holes along the edge is the top end. See
Figure 1.
