This kit (A37705-021) contains the parts needed to change from a
metal drip pan to a plastic one.
1. Remove metal drip pan and cork gasket from ice machine.
2. Remove and discard the original drip pan drain tubing.
2. Place new cork gasket on gear box cover. Be sure all old gasket material has been removed.
3. Place new drip pan onto gear box cover. Position it so that the
drain hole is to the right of the gearbox.
4. Secure the evaporator to the gear box with the original bolts.
5. Select the proper drain hose (see back page)

FM800, FME800, NM650, NME650, FM1202, NM952, FM1200, FME1200, NM950, NME950
use 02-3826-01.
•
FM2400, FM2402, FME2400, NM1850, NM1852, NME1850 use 02-3826-01 for the right side
and 02-3826-02 on the left side.
•
FM1500, FME1500, NM1250, NME1250 use 02-3836-01.
5. Connect the proper drain hose to the:
•
Overflow of the reservoir (on FM800, FME800, NM650, NME650
cut 3” from the 10 ¼” connection to the reservoir)
•
Outlet of the drip pan
•
Drain fitting (or “T” on 42” wide units) at the back of the cabinet.
6. Test the drain to be sure that it works. If the drain is not vented at the
back of the cabinet, water may collect in the hose.
