Once purchased, licenses can be configured for each dongle via a
customer log-in page. This facilitates multiple dongle purchases
each containing a different amount of licenses.
PC Hardware Guidelines
A single 2.4GHz quad-core processor with 4GB of RAM is capable of
transcoding approximately 50 channels of DIRECTV content.
For channel counts between 50 and 100, Technicolor recommends a
dual, quad-core machine similar to a Dell 2950 Gen III with a minimum
of 8GB of RAM.

Set video destination to PC’s IP address with a destination port of 9000
+ the desired QAM destination port. In this example, the PC address is
192.168.3.200 and the desired QAM destination port is 17.
Hint: It’s recommended to use the tune-all feature of the COM system in
order to quickly tune and retune video on all the receivers.
