Syrup Out Side 1 or Syrup Out Side 2 Message (see back for freeze cylinder location)
If either freeze cylinder is out of syrup, a warning will “Beep” seven times. The message display will
indicate Syrup Out Side 1 or Syrup Out Side 2. This indicates the syrup supplying that freeze cylin-
der must be replaced.
Proceed as follows:
Bag-in-Box System
A. Disconnect the syrup tube from the empty bag-in-box and remove the empty bag-in-box.
B. Install a full bag-in-box and connect the syrup tube. Proceed to step C.
FCB Control Panel
C. At the FCB panel, press and hold any one of the buttons for 5 seconds. This unlocks the panel
and allows programming.
D. Press Off 1 or Off 2 depending on which cylinder is being replenished.
E. Press and hold the SYRUP PRIME 1 or SYRUP PRIME 2 until the Syrup Out Side 1 or
Syrup Out Side 2 message goes out.
F. If the Syrup OUT Side 1 or Syrup OUT Side 2 message does not go out, repeat step E.
until it does.
G. Slowly pull the relief valve ring on the faceplate to relieve the CO
2
pressure while the cylinder
is filling. When the cylinder is full, liquid will run from the tube.
H. Press ON 1 or ON 2 to start the freeze process. The freeze cylinder beaters and the refrigera-
tion system will start automatically. Do not start unless the freeze cylinders are FULL.

The water to the FCB has been turned off or the pressure has dropped below minimum.
1. Restore the water supply.
2. The FCB will restart automatically.
“Front Access Door Indicator lights”
Two indicator lights are located on front of the Unit front access door. The indicator light on the left side monitors
conditions of the No.1 system and the indicator light on the right side monitors conditions on the No. 2 system.
A flashing red indicator light indicates a freeze cylinder is in the defrost mode. A flashing yellow indicator light
indicates “OUT OF SYRUP”, “OUT OF WATER”, “OUT OF CO2”
,
or an “ERROR” condition has occured.
