1” Cord clip
Assembly tip: Do not tighten component fasteners completely
until all have been installed. Keeping them loose will help with
alignment between parts during assembly.

Remove rear panel
1. Unplug power cord.
2. Open the cart doors. Figure 1.1.
3. Locate the (4) rear panel screws and loosen with a Phillips
screwdriver.

4. Lift up on the rear panel to release screws. Figure 1.2.
5. Remove panel.

Upper vent slot
1. Align the fan assembly mounting holes with the upper vent slot. Figure 3.
2. From the outside, install (2) 10-24 x 1/2” THM screws to secure the fan.
3. Be sure the fan assembly is located at the end of the upper vent slot as shown.
4. Tighten screws securely.
5. Attach the 1” cord clips to the top panel underside and route the fan power cord
to the power switch

Note: Keep fan disconnected from power during
installation.

Connect power cord
1. With two-prong plug end disconnected, plug the fan power cord into the
fan socket. Figure 4.
2. Plug the two-prong plug end of the power cord into the AUX outlet
on the power switch.

Replace rear panel
1. Set rear panel back into position and make sure the 4 screws are seated.
2. Tighten the (4) rear panel screws to secure.

Note: If removing the rear panel in the future be
aware that the fan power cord will need to be
unplugged before removing. (A or B rear panel
fan mounting locations).
