The installation of this Toilet Suite shall be in line with the normal minimum requirements in
AS/NZS 3500
Position pan onto pan connector and mark off position of pan fixing holes.
Remove pan and drill holes in position marked.
Apply flexible sealant to base of pan and carefully position pan onto pan connector and screw pan into pre-drilled
holes using corrosion resistant screws (not supplied).
Remove excess sealant.

1. Position pan onto pan connector and mark off position of pan fixing holes.
2. Remove pan and drill holes in position marked.
3. Apply flexible sealant to base of pan and carefully position pan onto pan connector and screw pan into pre-
drilled
holes using corrosion resistant screws (not supplied).
4. Remove excess sealant.
5. Place suite in position. Mark out the fixing holes
for the cistern.
Important! For timber stud and non-structural walls, the cistern should be fixed to a noggin or solid
wall.
6. If required, modify flush pipe to fit pan and cistern.
Note: The inlet valve can be changed from right to left hand side. Right side position supplied.
7. To install the link piece, flush pipe and seat, refer to the instructions below.

plaster board is totally waterproof in accordance with local building codes.

• You are required to have supporting studs on both sides of the niche. A supporting noggin joined to your studs will
need to be installed under the base of your niche to give additional support. Using the locator holes screw niche
directly into studs ensuring it is level.
• Once fastened to your frames with required support lay your plaster board around the niche to each lip.
• In accordance with local building codes apply waterproof to the niche as required.
• Install tiles or other decorative materials like quality Polymer panels.
