Chapter 1 Introduction
The PC TO TV VIDEO BOX is a high-resolution video scan converter that converts
computers RGB signal into NTSC or PAL signal. No software driver is required.
Simply connect the PC TO TV VIDEO BOX to any TV or video projector for a
hyper-effective presentation.

Chapter 2 Installation

1. Power off your computer. Disconnect your monitor with your computer.
2. Connect the 15 Pin Male Signal Cable (Y Shaped) to the “VGA IN/OUT” on this
PC TO TV BOX.
3. Other the other side of the Signal Cable:
Connect the 15 Pin Male to the VGA Port of your PC
Connect the 15 Pin Female to the Monitor.
4. Use AV cable or S-VHS cable to connect "VIDEO OUT" or "S-VIDEO OUT"
with your TV, VCR, or Projector. "S-VIDEO OUT" will produce sharper and
brighter image. Refer to the owner's manual of your TV, VCR, or Projector for
settings to accept video from the PC TO TV BOX.
5. Turn on your computer and TV/projector.
For IBM PC Notebooks
1. Using PC TO TV BOX to convert your notebook display to the TV, you may need
to turn on the notebook's external video function. Please refer to your notebook
user manual to turn on the external video function.
2. It's best for you to use the A/C power for your notebook if you use PC TO TV BOX
to convert notebook image to TV.

After installation, you should see your computer display on your TV. To configure
your PC TO TV VIDEO BOX, you can use touch button on the unit.
Button Definition
1.”POWER” button
Power On/Off the PC TO TV BOX
2.”RESET” button
Reset the PC TO TV BOX
3.”SIZE” button
Switch the display size on TV ( support only in 640X480 display mode)
4."ZOOM" button
Switch between Normal and 200% Zoom display mode
5.Position buttons
Adjust the TV display position or pan the Zoom area in Zoom mode

Chapter 4 Using Remote Control

Reset: Reset PC TO TV VIDEO BOX
Sharpness: Adjust the TV display sharpness
Size: Switch the display size on TV
Position buttons: Adjust the display position or pan the Zoom area in Zoom mode
Zoom: Zoom in and zoom out
Freeze: Freeze the display video on the TV
Chapter 5 Switch TV System
The PC TO TV VIDEO BOX supports either NTSC or PAL TV system. You can use
the TV standard switch to change the TV system. Please power off the Video before
change the setting.

Chapter 6 Trouble Shooting
Problems Possible solutions
Abnormal TV Display 1.Press the RESET button
2.Check the TV Standard Switch in on right position
(Please refer to Chapter 5 Switch TV System)
3.Check the Signal Cable is connected well
No Power LED light 1.Check the power adapter plug-in correctly
2.Check the power switch was pushed down.
(Power ON)
No video output 1.Check the power is on
2.Check the cable of video out is connected correctly.
3.Check the TV channel of video input is correct.
4.Check the TV Standard Switch is correct.
(Please refer to Chapter 5 Switch TV System)
5.Check the VGA cable is connected correctly.
6.If connect from notebook, check the CRT output
is enabled.

Line flicker on TV Press the “SHARP” button on Remoter to adjust.
No extra video input

You may need a special adapter call RF modulator, this
