Premier Mounts PP-17 Operating instructions

Hello! I've analyzed the user manual for the PP-17 projector mount. This document provides detailed instructions on how to install the mount safely and correctly. Step 1

Locate the 16” center studs. Level and mark with a pencil the six(6) mounting point

found on the bracket. Drill ¼” pilot holes into the marked points Then secure the bracket

with the six(6) 5/16” Lag Bolts and washers (supplied) to the ceiling.

Step 2

Slide the four(4) Step bolts on the secured plate. Secure the top portion of the base box to

the step bolts. Select proper position (Do not exceed more than 7” off center) using nuts

and washers. (Do not over tighten). Install the bottom portion of the base box to the

secured top using the six(6) 10/32 Phillip screws.

Step 3

Loosely install the spacer, Flat washer, and the two(2) 6mmx12mm Slottes hex bolt the

base box. Raise the projector with the secured mounting bracket slip it though the hinge

pins. Select the proper angle and secure it with the two(2) 6mmx12mm Slotted Hex bolts

(supplied). Than tighten all hardware.

The ceiling should be capable of supporting a weight of at least five (5) times the

projector(s) or monitor(s)weight. If it cannot, the ceiling must be reinforced. Proper

installation procedure by qualified personnel as outlined in the installation instructions

must be adhered to. Failure to do so could result in serious personal injury.
