1 Bezeichungsträger
ASLR-D-L1
Bestimmungsgemäß dient der Bezeichungsträger 1 zur Beschilderung von
Ventilen VUVG 2 und als Abdeckung der Handhilfsbetätigungen (A).
• Wählen Sie die Beschriftungsalternativen:
– Alternative 1 ! Beschriftung mit Bezeichnungsschildern (B).
– Alternative 2 ! Direkt auf dem Bezeichungsträger mit geeignetem Stift.
2. Beschriftung der Bezeichnungsschild (B)

Zum Beschriften der Bezeichnungsschilder (B) finden Sie die Word-Vorlage
im Internet unter: www.festo.com (! Downloads ! Download Software !
Kategorie ! Vorlagen für Schilderträger).
• Beschriften Sie die Schilder (B) der Schildergröße 17,5 x 8 mm mit Hilfe
der Word-Vorlage:
• Drucken Sie die Schilder (B) aus.
• Schneiden Sie die Schilder (B) aus.
3. Montage

• Achten Sie darauf, dass die
Handhilfsbetätigung (A)
nicht betätigt / eingerastet
ist.
• Stecken Sie den
Bezeichungsträger 1
lagerichtig auf die
Handhilfsbetätigung (A) des
Ventils 2.

Alternative 1:
• Legen Sie das Schild (B) mit
der Schrift nach unten in den
Bezeichungsträger 1 ein.
Alternative 2:
• Beschriften Sie den Be-
zeichungsträger 1 direkt au
f
dem hinteren Teil (C), mit
einem geeigneten Stift.

• Klappen Sie das hintere
Teil (C) um, dadurch sichern
Sie die Beschriftung.

• Klappen Sie den Be-
zeichungsträger 1 zu.
4. Zur Handhilfsbetätigung
Info
Nach dem Aufstecken des Bezeichungsträgers 1 ist die Betätigung der
Handhilfsbetätigung (A) nur noch tastend möglich.

• Klappen Sie den Be-
zeichungsträger 1 auf.

• Betätigen Sie die Handhilfs-
betätigung (A) z. B. mit
einem Schraubendreher.

1 Identification holder
ASLR-D-L1
The identification holder 1 is intended for labelling valves VUVG 2 and as a
cover for manual overrides (A).
• Select the labelling alternative:
– Alternative 1 ! labelling with inscription labels (B).
– Alternative 2 ! directly on the identification holder with a suitable pen.
2. Labelling with inscription label (B)
Only for alternative 1:
Information
You can find copies for labelling the identification plate (B) in the Internet
under www.festo.com (! Downloads ! Download software ! Category
! Templates for inscription label carrier).
• Label the labels (B) of the label size 17.5 x 8 mm with the help of the
Word template:
• Print out the labels (B).
• Cut out the labels (B).
3. Assembly

• Make sure that the manual
override (A) is not
actuated / engaged.
• Plug the identification
holder 1 correctly
positioned onto the manual
override (A) of the valve 2.

Alternative 1:
• Insert the label (B) with
writing face down into the
identification holder 1.
Alternative 2:
• Write directly on the back
part (C) of the identification
holder 1 with a suitable
pen.

• Fold down the back part (C)
while protecting the writing.

• Close the identification
holder 1.
4. For the manual override
Information
After installation of the identification holder 1, the manual override (A)
can only be actuated non-detenting.

• Open the identification
holder 1.

• Actuate the manual
override (A), e.g. with a
screwdriver.
