Hole Punch Cylinders
General Repair Instructions REPUNCH-
DISASSEMBLY
1) Depending on the Model, use an appropriate wrench to hold the Rod, Nut, or Adapter from turning (be careful
not to scratch the rod).
2) Rotate the Cutter counter clockwise (use extreme caution, Cutters are very sharp).
3) Using a pick, remove the O-Ring from the Rod or Adapter, it can be discarded.
REASSEMBLY
1) Install the new O-ring onto the Rod or Adapter, be careful not to damage during installation.
2) Take a new Cutter from the case and start threading onto the Rod or Adapter (use extreme caution, Cutters
are very sharp).
3) Once the Cutter is in contact with the O-ring, use an appropriate wrench to hold the Rod, Nut, or Adapter
from turning (be careful not to scratch the rod).
4) Rotate the Cutter an additional 3/4 of turn clockwise to ensure satisfactory torque.
