These instructions describe how to install and commission this
product.

Introduction
Combined with the TaHoma®serenity, this product:
- Can control the connected security of my home
- Can alert and act in the event of an emergency with the SOS
button.
For the SOS function to be operational it will be necessary
to add the security remote control: you can then benefit
from this function via the remote control or the application.
Ideal for use in conjunction with a smartphone for example.
Control of the TaHoma®serenity security modes and the SOS
function.

These security modes and the SOS function must be configured in
the TaHoma®serenity interface.
Refer to the TaHoma®serenity manual.
E.g.:
Total activates protection all over your home depending on the
installation.
Partial 1 and Partial 2 allows you to activate your home
protection as you require.
Deactivate will stop protection in your home.
SOS is to alert and act in a panic situation (for example siren and
sending of email or notification to your contacts).
Adding to TaHoma Serenity
On the TaHoma®serenity interface, select .
- Click on the Configuration tab .
- Click on the "Other Somfy" tab, then "Add".
- Follow the procedure shown.
Once it is added to TaHoma®serenity, your Security Remote
Control will be operational.

Replacing the battery
Open the Security Remote Control.
Push the old battery out of its housing using a plastic object.
Insert a battery with identical specifications, with the surface
marked with a plus (+) visible.
Close the Security Remote Control.
Advanced function
For improved daily comfort, the Security remote control makes
it possible to combine actions with equipment connected to
TaHoma® with the control of the security modes.
For example, when pressing the Total button of the remote
control, security will activate and the shutters will close.
More information in the TaHoma®serenity manual.
Complimentary use
The Security remote control can also be used to add a Somfy
RTS gate to TaHoma®.
When adding the gate, follow the procedure shown in TaHoma®.
