Southbend P12C-H is a 12"-wide sectional range with a full-width uniform hot top. It has two 16,000 BTU NAT (14,000 BTU LP) burners with one high/low control knob for precise temperature control. The electronic pilot ignition with Piezo ensures a quick and easy start-up. The removable steel plates provide a 700°F surface temperature on high setting, making it ideal for searing, grilling, and other high-heat cooking methods. The 9-1/4" deep front rail provides ample space for large pots and pans.
