Southbend P12N-C is a 12"-wide sectional range with a full-width charbroiler. It has two 16,000 BTU burners with one high/low control knob, and removable cast iron grates with adjustable front-to-back slope that flip over for either 1/8" or 1/4" grid width. The range has a 600°F even surface temperature on high setting, and cast iron radiants or “lava rocks” that are field convertible. It also has a 9-1/4" deep front rail, removable drip tray, and stainless steel front, sides, rear and exterior bottom. The range comes with a 1-1/4" front gas manifold and 1" rear gas connection, and a 5" high stainless steel flue riser. It is free standing, can be mounted on a counter-top, refrigerated or freezer base.
