READ THIS FIRST
All instruction manuals should be thoroughly read, and the training video
should be viewed, before unpacking, assembly, and operation of the
CS-900™ Electrostatic Spray System and ES-120™ Electrostatic Sprayer.
All personnel who operate the equipment are required to familiarize
themselves with the afore mentioned educational materials. ByoPlanet™
International LLC is not liable for any harm due to the improper operation
of equipment.

Inspect your package for damage that may have occurred
during shipping.
NOTE: If your package appears to be damaged:
• Do not open the package.
• Notify the shipment company of the damage as soon
as possible.
• Notify ByoPlanet™ International LLC of the damage as
soon as possible.
Open the CS-900™ Electrostatic Spray System box by removing
the staples from the top of the box using needle nose pliers,
staple remover or athead screwdriver.
NOTE: The CS-900™ Shipment box should be oriented with its
horizontal axis on the oor with the written serial numbers at
the top corner of the box. The CS-900™ Electrostatic Spray
System should never be opened while the shipping box is
standing vertically.
CAUTION: While removing the staples exercise caution, as
the staples are very sharp.

Locate and remove the CS-900™ Electrostatic Spray System Instruction
Manual with the included Training Video CD near the top handle of the
Electrostatic Spray System.
Locate and remove the ES-120™ Electrostatic Sprayer box for unpacking.
The ES-120™ box is blue and is located on the right side of the tank in the
middle of the box. Refer to the ES-120™ Unpacking and Assembly Protocol.

Protective gloves should be used for removing the CS-900™ Electrostatic
Spray System from the box to prevent injury. With the assistance of a
second party, grab hold of the top handle while the other person grabs
the CS-900™ Electrostatic Spray System underneath the hood located at
the bottom of the unit, near the wheels of the machine. Proceed to lift the
unit from the box.
NOTE: The end near the wheels is heavier than the end near the top
handle. Exercise caution while lifting to avoid injury from heavy lifting.
The CS-900™ Electrostatic Spray System weighs approximately 100
pounds (45 kilograms).

Remove the tape and protective bubble wrap from the holsters, tank, and
tank quick connects using a pair of scissors or box cutter.
CAUTION: Be careful not to damage the hose lines when removing the
bubble wrap from the tank quick connects.

Using caution and a pair of scissors or wire cutters to remove the
zip-tie from the hose on the reel.
CAUTION: Do not remove the zip-tie from the frame handle.
This zip tie secures the electrical cord.
