Negligence
could result in death or serious injury.
1. Do not dismantle or alter the unit. Fire or electric
schock could result.
2. Do not connect non-specified power source to the + & -
terminals. Also do not install two power supplies in parallel to
a single input. Fire, damage or electric schock could result.
3. Keep the unit away from water or any other liquid. Fire
or electric schock could result.
4. Do not put any metal or paper into the unit through the
openings. Fire, electric schock or unit trouble could result.
5. Inside of unit is subjected of current. Don’t touch any
pieces other than the points of assembly, cabling, connection
and adjustments. Fire or electric schock could result.
6. Do not use power supply with different voltage that
prescribed. Fire or electric schock could result.
7. Do not connect any terminal on the unit to an AC power
line. Fire or electric schock could result.
8. Do not remove the power supply plug with wet hands.
Electric schock could result.
Negligence could result in injury to people or damage to
property.
1. Do not install or make any wire terminations while the
power supply is turned on. This can cause electrical schock or
damage to the unit.
2. Before turning the power, make sure wires are not
crossed or shorted. If not, fire or electric schock could result.
3. When mounting the unit on a wall, install the unit in a
convenient location, but not where it could be jarred or
bumped. Injury could result.
4. For power supply, use Aiphone power supply model or
model specified for use with system. If non specified product is
used, fire or malfunction could result.
The block power supply is the system of cuting power of
equipment. It must be accessible.
5. Do not install the unit in any of the following locations.
Fire, electric schock or unit trouble could result.
* Places under direct sunlight or places near heating
equipment that varies in temperature.
* Places subject to dust, oil, chemical, etc
* Places subject to moisture and humidity extremes such as
bathrooms, cellars, greenhouses, etc.
* Places where temperature is quite low such as inside a
refrigerated area or in front of an air conditioner.
* Places subject ta steam or smoke (near heating or
coocking surfaces).
* Where noise generating devices such as dimmer switches
or inverter electrical appliances are close by.
6. Put nothing on the unit and do not cover it with a dust, etc. Fire
or malfunction could result.
7. Execute a test of call.
8. Do not place (install) the unit in locations subject to frequent
vibration or impact. Injury or damage could result if the unit falls.
9. This unit must be installed and wired by a qualified technician.
1. This unit is designed for indoor use only. Do not use outdoors.
2. In areas where broadcasting station antennas are closed by, system
may be affected by radio frequency interference.
3. The use of mobile phone nearby unit risks to cause malfunction.
4. Keep the unit more than 1m away from radio or TV set.

6 The unit turns inoperative during power failure.
7 This product, supplying an electric striking plate, must not be used as
device of prevention of the crime.

communication, which would make impossible the supply of this
service or in no way delays of this service due to causes outside our
responsibility ; or in the eventuality of erroneous or missing data during
transmission.

to inability to communicate due to malfunctions, problems or
operationnal errors in this product..
* We will under never conditions be liable for damage that occurs due
to loss of user’s password or from transmitted informations causing
bugs or illegal access to the computer via Internet communications.
* We will under never conditions be liable for any damages or losses
resulting from this product’s contents or specifications.
* Please note that images and illustrations depicted in this manual may

make sure that the computer is safe. We will under never conditions be

a supplementary means of conveying information. Aiphone will under
no conditions be liable for loss of life or property which occurs while
the system is being operated.
* To obtain a good functioning of the device, it is essential to have a
bandwidth of the data not less than 500kbps.
* Audio and video quality for smartphone is dependent on the network.
* The user will have to verify that e-mails from the server AiphoneGT
are not blocked or define as spam.

- wall mounted (use for example two screws type M3,5).
GTTLIP must be installed as far as possible from humidity or heating source.

GTTLIIP allows the transfer of the audio and video calls resulting from the panel GT series of
Aiphone to three and up to five type Androïd's smartphones or IPhone
ATTENTION !
For a good audio and video reception, it is necessary that your smartphone receive the calls in
WIFI or 3G/4G (3G minimum).
In case of bad reception, the image will be of less good quality. In case of network not covered in
3G / 4G, you will receive only the audio.
GTTLIIP is in the form of a black case of dimensions 240 x 180 x 55 (h) mm.
This interface must be connected to your Internet network and and to your serial video kit GT.
GTTLIIP must be connected to the transformer 230 V / 12V supplied by respecting polarities.

GTTLIIP must be connected to a modem or your box.
When visitor press the call-button of panel, the image of visitor appears on video intercom station and
the video call is trasmitted on the 3 smartphones (up to 5 max). Without answer of recipient with the
smartphone, the interface GTTLIIP sets in sleep mode until the next call.
1 - FUNCTIONING
Several configurations of functioning are possible and can be adapted to the needs for each. For that
purpose, various options can be programmed (see installation manual chapter 4).
1.1 VISITOR CALL
Visitors simply press the Call Button on the panel.
It will launch the call toward three smartphones (up to five max) via interface and your box (or
modem).
When a smartphone answers, communication is established between you and the visitor. You are
informed about the passage in communication with your visitor by a change of display on your
smartphone.
You can drive relay of door by choosing sign « key ».
To open the door, you access a screen of confirmation giving the choice between 4 symbols or
possibilities
- Access 1 with the sign ‘key’,
- Options with signs ‘Option 1’, ‘Option 2’ and ‘Option 3’ to drive a door or another device
from interface GTTLIIP.
For these four activations, it is possible to choose between a command by pressing button or by a
sliding from left to right (menu ‘Tools…Settings…Advanced’).
Communication stops after you hung up or after a delay of communication programmed in factory
settings in GT system (3 minutes).
If smartphones do not answer after delay of 50s or if they are busy, GTTLIIP sets in sleep mode
until the next call.
1.2 SELECTION MODE ON / OFF
Mode « OFF »
Switch the selector ON/OFF (see page 4) in position « OFF ».
In this mode, when visitor press the call-button of panel, your internal video monitor will ring.

FIRST AID

Cut of functions
During the conversation, you can :
- Activate or deactivate the loudspeaker of your smartphone with
the key . The state light under this symbol becomes red:
the loudspeaker is deactivated
- Activate or deactivate the microphone (secret of conversation)
with the key . The state light under this symbol becomes
red : the microphone is deactivated.
- Activate or deactivate the vidéo (more discretion) with the
key . The state light under this symbol becomes red. The
video is deactivated.

When the contact or the option is ‘Off’, the command is made by
press on the icon. When the contact or the option is ‘On’, the
command is made by ‘slide’.

Aiphone warrants its products to be free from defects of material and workmanship under normal use and service
for a period of 2 years after delivery to the ultimate user and will repair free of charge or replace at no charge,
should it become defective upon which examination shall disclose to be defective and under warranty. Aiphone
reserves unto itself the sole right to make the final decision wether there is a defect in material and/or
workmanship ; and wether or not the product is within the warranty. This warranty shall not apply to any
Aiphone product which has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, power surge or to use in violation of
instructions furnished, nor extented to units which have been repaired or altered outside of the factory. This
waranty does not cover batteries or damage caused by batteries use in connection with the unit. This warranty
covers bench repairs only, and any repairs must be made at the shop or place designated in writing by Aiphone.
This warranty is limited to the standard specifications listed in the operation manual. This warranty does not
cover any supplementary function of a third party product that is added by users or suppliers. Please not that any
damage or other issues caused by failure of function or interconnection with Aiphone products is also not
covered by this warranty. Aiphone will not be responsible for any costs incurred involving on site service calls.
Aiphone will not provide compensation for any loss or damage incurred by the breakdown or malfunction of its
products during use, or for any consequent inconvenience or losses that may result.
