SUBJECT: Endurance and Challenger XL Connect-A-Range standard oven models, Oven Safety Valves.

Vulcan Endurance and Wolf Challenger XL new Connect-A-Range models are being shipped with style oven safety valves.

These valves use the new Loxit fittings, and are fitted with an internal pilot adjustment valve.

- 30” ovens (both standard and convection models) will use a part# 922160-A .

- 24” ovens will use part# 922159-A .

These valves are fitted with an internal pilot adjustment valve. The adjustment screw is located behind a flat head plug

screw. Remove this plug screw and adjust the pilot as necessary.

Both of these new style valves are fitted with the Loxit gas fittings. These fittings will remain on the gas tubing when removed

from the valve, and can be reused when the valve is replaced.
