Graphic Tablet Installation
1Connect the Type-C end to the connecting port on your AP906.
2Connect the USB end of the USB cable to your computer interface.

Driver Installation
Before Installation
1Before installation, if there are drivers of similar digital products, please
uninstall them firstly, including drivers of older versions of Acepen.
2Before installation, please shut down all painting-designed software and
anti-virus software. Avoiding unnecessary errors during the installation
process.

1Please download the driver from the following website:

2When installing the driver, please follow the prompts and choose to restart
the computer after installation.

to Mouse Mode, which means you can draw with the pen or operate it as

the whole panel of the product can be used to control the screen of the
computer. But you can change the parameters in the right part of the
figure to adjust the area you want to use on the panel to control the screen.

Replace the Nibs
Use the nib clip to pull the nib out of the pen.

Problems & solutions
Why can it move the cursor without pressure
sensitivity?
Please reconfirm whether the driver is correctly installed with the latest version
and launched (there is a small icon in the lower right corner of the desktop). If
you cannot find the small icon when installing the driver, please check whether
it has been disabled by the anti-virus software. Please enter the anti-virus
software to release it. If you have installed other drivers for similar products,
please uninstall all drivers on your computer, including our drivers, and then
download the latest drivers from our website: http://www.ace-pen.com, and
then reinstall the driver. If the problem remains after following the above steps,
please contact us via email: [email protected].
After the driver is launched, why is the product not
connected?
If you cannot use the product, please reconnect the tablet to the USB
port of the computer. If the problem remains, please unplug it and
reconnect the USB or connect it to another USB port of the computer for
testing. You can also try to delete the driver and restart the computer.
Please check whether the cursor can move normally. If the driver has not
been installed, the cursor cannot be moved normally. Please use another
computer to test. If it works normally, the original computer driver has
failed. Just reinstall the latest driver. If the cursor cannot be moved when
testing with another computer, it may be caused by a pen or tablet
hardware failure. Please contact us via email: [email protected].
Why cannot the pen be used to draw and can only
move the cursor in Mac OSX?
Please download the latest driver from the website. After installation, launch
the computer "System Preferences"> "Security and Privacy"> "Privacy" and
add the downloaded drivers to "Input Monitoring" and "Accessibility"
respectively. Please restart the computer after that. If the problem remains,

Do not place the digital tablet and pressure sensitive pen close to magnetic
fields, so as not to interfere with the use of the product.
Do not place the tablet and pen on an unstable place to prevent it from
falling from a height and being damaged.
Do not place the tablet and pen close to water sources, such as bathtubs,
washbasins, kitchen sinks, washing machines, wet basements or poolsides,
etc., to prevent liquids from splashing on the tablet and pen.
Before cleaning the tablet, unplug the USB cable and then wipe it with
a soft damp cloth. It is not recommended to use detergent to clean it.
Do not insert other objects into the USB port or any other openings. If
metal objects or other objects are inserted into the port or other openings,
it may cause the product to malfunction or burn, or even cause electric
shock.
Do not disassemble the tablet and pen, which may cause overheating, fire,
electric shock or other injuries, including personal injury. Meanwhile,
disassembling the product will invalidate your warranty.
If you have any questions or problems with the product, which isn’t
included in the user guide, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Try to store the tablet in places with a constant temperature. Places with the
violent alternation of heat and cold will cause the tablet film to foam and affect
its use.

Uninstall the Driver

Click “ Start ” > “ Control Panel ” > “ Programs ” > “ PenTablet ” > Follow the
uninstalling steps until the program is uninstalled.
Note: Find the following file, if it exists, delete it:
C:\Windows\System32\Wintab32.dll
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Wintab32.dll
If it prompts that it cannot be deleted because a program is occupied. Please
go to the task bar at the bottom of the desktop and right-click to open the task
manager. Shut down the program occupying the file through the task manager
process. After uninstalling, restart the computer.
Click ” Finder ” > “application” > “ PenTabletDriver ” > “ Uninstall Tablet ” >
Follow the uninstalling steps until the program is uninstalled.
Note: Please launch your Activity Monitor to make sure that no relevant driver
program is running. Please restart the computer after uninstalling.
