Ford Focus application:
Remove the (2) top Cougar tabs. The tabs
must be trimmed flush with the score line.
Mercury Cougar application:
Trim off the (4) focus tabs for this application
(Top and Bottom).
**DIN RADIO APPLICATIONS
Installing the kit into the dash before putting
the DIN sleeve in is recommended.
**Pocket must be on the bottom.
**You must place the bottom
of the kit in the dash opening first, then
snap the top in place on all applications
1. Insert DIN sleeve from your new radio into the radio opening of the installation kit.
2. Depress the tabs from inside the sleeves opening upward, outward, and downward to
secure sleeve to the installation kit.
NOTE: Optional ISO trim ring may be used in place of aftermarket radioʼs trim
if trim is removable on radio and radio face is sized properly.
