(A) ASSEMBLY
If you purchased your boat from a dealer, it likely is assembled
already. However, your Blue Sky Boatworks boat was designed to be
assembled (and disassembled) in a few minutes. Like anything, the
more familiar you are with the process, the easier it becomes.
To assemble, lay out the parts as shown below.
(A1) ATTACH DECK AND HULLS.
Align deck posts to hull receptors; depress push pins and slide hulls
with equal pressure until push pins engage. Repeat for other hull.
5
(A2) ATTACH WHEEL UNIT.
Bungee tether is inserted in the factory. To attach wheels to frame,
stretch bungee leaving a little tension so that wheel unit can be
deployed/stowed; pull bungee downward and wedge into the cleat.
Knot the bungee cord to maintain the proper tension.
(A) ASSEMBLY
(CONT.)
6
(A3) ATTACH CAPTAIN’S SEAT.
Insert seat post into deck, aligning hole for insertion of Quick Pin.
(A4) CONNECT RUDDER CABLE.
Secure rudder cable through guides as shown; align cable terminus with
holes on steering actuator bar and insert clevis pin.
IMPORTANT: Swiveling the Captain’s Seat beyond 360° in any one
direction can damage the rudder cable. You can adjust the tension on
the cable by moving the tension adjustment plate to desired position
and tightening the screws.

(B) CAPTAIN’S SEAT
The patent-pending Captain’s Seat is one of several breakthrough
features from Blue Sky Boatworks. Supremely comfortable with multiple
height, pitch nd fore-aft settings, dial this seat in to perfectly t your
form.
(B1) RAISE/LOWER.
Release mechanism is located as shown. Press mechanism and lift seat
to desired height; engage release mechanism to lock seat into preferred
height.
(B2) FORE-AFT.
The Captain’s Seat offers 5” of travel fore and aft to trim the boat and
nd the perfect distance from the FlexDrive pedals for your height and
preferences. Press mechanism as shown and slide seat into desired
position; Engage mechanism to lock seat in place.
8
(B4) STEERING.
Rudder controls are conveniently located for either right or left hand
operation. To turn right, pull the rudder control, and push to turn left.
(B3) RECLINE.
Adjust the pitch of the back to desired position by loosening thumb
knob as shown. Press back to desired pitch and tighten star clamp lock
in place.

OVER-ROTATING SEAT WILL DAMAGE
THE RUDDER CABLE.
(B) CAPTAIN'S SEAT
(CONT.)
(B5) SEAT ROTATION.
The Captain’s Seat has 360° of rotation for full range of motion. However,
to prevent damaging rudder cable, DO NOT rotate the seat more than
360° in one direction. Rudder cable damage is not covered by warranty
in the event of over-rotation of the seat.To rotate, loosen thumb knob as
shown. To lock down seat, tighten knob.

(C) FLEX DRIVE
All Blue Sky Boatworks boats come standard with the patent-pending
FlexDrive System. Please consult the FlexDrive manual included before
attempting to install the Drive.
11
(D) TRANSPORT.
You have multiple options when transporting your Blue Sky Boatworks
boat. As the boats can be assembled/disassembled in a few minutes
no component exceeds 46 pounds, a single person with a roof rack
on his or her car can manage just ne. Of course a pick-up truck or
trailer makes things a little easier. To avoid damage, always detach the
FlexDrive upper unit and retract the lower unit and the rudder when
transporting; failure to do so can void your warranty.
(D1) CAR TOP.
Disassemble the boat as shown on Page 5. Its important to get the order
right when car topping in order for the boat to ride securely without
damage to boat or roof rack. The two hulls t nicely atop the aluminum
deck as shown. Secure hulls to deck and lash down the deck to the rack.
Transport the Captain’s Seat and Upper drive unit inside the vehicle.
(D2) PICK-UP TRUCK.
Full-size, mid-size or even compact pick-ups like a Tacoma, your Blue Sky
Boatworks boat will slide easily into the bed. A bed extender is HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED, and mandatory on small pick-up trucks.
(D3) TRAILER.
A number of trailers on the market can accommodate your boat.
Tennessee Trailer has designed a model specically for Blue Sky
Boatworks. Contact BSB customer service to learn more:

12
(E) STORAGE AND CARE.
When not in use, store your Blue Sky Boatworks boat out of the weather
and direct sunlight. Direct sunlight can fade your boat over time
and in extreme heat can warp the hull. Protection from the elements
discourages insects/small animals from making a home of your boat.
Always drain hulls completely after each use. Failure to follow proper
storage and care practices can void your warranty.
(E4) FOR STICKY ADJUSTMENTS.
To keep seat and rudder controls operating smoothly, periodically spray
components with dry silicone.
(E3) KEEP IT CLEAN.
After each use it’s a good idea to spray down the entire boat and with a
hose; use a sponge or soft brush and dish soap on stubborn areas.
(E2) DO NOT STORE LIKE THIS.
Avoid storing your boat on saw horses or on its edge; never hang your
boat from the carry handles or padeyes.
(E1) DO STORE LIKE THIS.
Retract the rudder and lower drive unit and store your boat on a at,
solid, level surface out of the elements and away from direct sunlight.
CUSHION BENEATH HULLS RECOMMENDED WHEN STORING ON SOLID SURFACE
WHEN SUSPENDING, CONNECT TO FRAME ONLY
13
(F) ACCESSORIES.
Your Blue Sky Boatworks boat is designed to accept a range of
accessories that let you customize your boat to your adventure. The 360°
Angler offers a number of additional features specically designed for
the shing enthusiast. Modications by the owner that require drilling
into the hulls/frame are not recommended and, in most cases, can void
the warranty.
(F1) POWER POLE READY.
The 360° Angler is
manufactured with brackets
in place and ready to easily
accept dual Power Poles.
Follow instructions supplied
by Power Pole.
(F2) TRANSDUCER READY.

quickly and easily mounts
on gear tracks; battery and

(F3) GEAR TRACKS GALORE.
The 360° Angler includes two
Ram Rod Holders and has
an abundance of gear tracks
factory installed for additional
accessorizing.
(F4) ORION COOLER READY.
The Back Porch on both the
360° Angler and 360° Escape

seat, standing platform and
footrest.
