General Conditions
Read these instructions before installing the equipment.
For safe and efficient operation of the equipment, observe the guidelines given in this manual and
all necessary safety precautions when using the equipment. Follow the installation instructions
and adhere to all warnings located on the product, and product manuals. Changes or modifications
to the equipment not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the
user’s authority to operate the equipment.

Save this manual for future reference. It includes important safety information and operating in-
structions. Save all instructions for future reference.
The Charging Rack is a Class I equipment and must be connected to a mains socket-outlet with
installed protective earth.
Danger:
Risk of electric shock.
The WSG Server is a Class II equipment, observe the rating of the type labeling.
Replace all guards, barriers, or fasteners. Close and secure all openings when you complete th
e
installation or before you return the equipment to service.
Install all wiring according to local, state, and federal electrical code requiremen
ts.
Connect AC (power supply) only to designated power sources as marked on the product.
Danger:
Never alter the AC cord or plug. If the plug will not fit into the outlet, have a proper outlet in-
stalled by a qualified electrician. Improper connection increases the risk of electric shock.
Ensure the AC receptacle is installed near the equipment and easily accessib
le.
When mounting the equipment on a wall, use fasteners supplied with the system.
Position the electrical cord to the AC power supply where it is least likely to be subjected to dam-
age or stress.
Remove the electrical cord from an outlet by pulling gently on the AC adapter, not by pulling the
cord.

the Radio Equipment Directive 2014/53/EU (Charging Racks) and EMC Directive 2014/30/EU

of the use of certain hazardous substances (RoHS).

Important:
In the USA and Canada the Charging Rack must only be installed as a single unit, serial configu-
ration is not permitted.
The product is labeled with the Safety Mark CSA:
FCC Compliance Statements (USA)
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device,
pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection
against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can
radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions,
may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that in-
terference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interfer-
ence to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and
on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following mea-
sures:
Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is con-
nected.
Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
