Shimano SM-SH74 are cleat adapters designed for use with Shimano racing shoes and SPD racing pedals. These adapters can be used with SM-SH70 or SM-SH71 cleats, allowing for a wide range of cleat positions. The cleat adapters can be temporarily tightened with a 25kgf/cm torque, and permanently tightened with a 50-60 kgf/cm torque using a 4-mm Allen key. The cleat has an adjustment range of 13 mm front to back and 5 mm right to left, allowing for precise positioning.
