iTouchless TS1RWAC Troubleshooting guide

Test the unit BEFORE they install it and DO NOT open the Installation Hardware Kit until toilet seat has

been tested. We will NOT accept any product return if the Installation Hardware Kit is opened or if other

signs of use are detected.

Toilet Seat Testing Procedures:

1) Charge battery for a full 24 hours

2) Place toilet seat on a flat table or surface in an open area without any direct sunlight or obstacles

surrounding

3) Insert the fully charged battery into the battery compartment. Please stand behind the unit and hold

your hand on the very back of the unit during the testing procedure to prevent the toilet seat from

unfolding. Watch your fingers and do not place your hand so close that the lid might catch your fingers

4) Turn the unit on via the dial on the side, place your hand within the sensor range of the front sensor

and the lid should lift up; place your hand within the sensor range of the front sensor again to life the

seat

5) Remove your hand away and wait 30 seconds for the seat to close; wait another 15 seconds for the lid

to close. Every time the occupancy sensor is disturbed, it will begin the countdown from 30 seconds.
