• Do not remove the bonnet while the valve is still under pressure.

• Remove the standard CR O-ring from the valve with a “soft” tool

preventing scratching of the valve O-ring groove (ﬁg. 1).

• Add a small drop of oil, (same type as the compressor oil), then mount the new

FFKM or FKM O-ring + tag (ﬁg. 2) for the correct FFKM or FKM O-ring type.

• For replacing standard CR O-rings, use inspection kits.

• FFKM and FKM O-rings kit only contain FFKM or FKM O-rings.

FFKM O-ring (WHITE tag):

Applicable for R717 (NH₃) heat pump applications in the temperature range of +100°C and +150°C.

FKM O-ring (BLUE tag):

Applicable for R1270 (Propylene) applications in the temperature range of -60°C and +150°C.
