stair rail regulations when guarding unprotected stringer stairs or pan stairs. The stair rail system easily clamps onto the
unprotected edge of the stringer channel with no drilling.
The StringerShield Stair Rail
Clamp provides an easy-to-install,
reliable stair rail system designed to
protect unprotected stringer stairs or pan
stairs. The StringerShield’s unique design
is easily adjustable and fits various sizes
of stringers. Stress Engineering Report
Summary verifying OSHA stair rail
compliance is available upon request.
Construction grade (stress grade) lumber
can be utilized to construct the top rail
and mid rail. 2X4 holders allow for
simple installation and the system easily
removes for use on the next level or
project.
This system is designed and tested for
use as a temporary stair rail system.
It is NOT designed for use as a guardrail
system on horizontal surfaces.
