SUMMARY: It has been discovered that the Group 6 Aluminum Silicon (AlSi 4000 series) 3/64” (1.2

MM) Pulse weld data has been transposed with the AlSi 4000 series 1/16” (1.6 mm) pulse weld data.

This issue will be fixed on the next version of the software which is expected within a month.

OPERATIONAL IMPACT: Inconvenience only.

ACTION: Until the next software version is released, select AlSi 4000 1/16” (1.6) data when welding

with 3/64” (1.2mm) wire and AlSi 4000 3/64” (1.2mm) when using AlSi 4000 1/16” (1.2 mm) wire.
