1. Run cable through center hole of gasket.
2. Fit cable into deck ring groove.
3. Fasten deck ring and gasket to the surface by tightening each screw a few turns
at a time. Do not over-tighten screws.
4. Press the stainless steel cap over assembly. Line up the groove in cap with cable.
