Steps
1. Place glass shade 5 into base 6 as shown (Figure 1). Place retaining nut 4 over candle thread in the center and tighten.
2. Insert 3 pcs C size Alkaline batteries (Figure 2). IMPORTANT: pay careful attention to the polarity of the batteries and
ensure they are inserted in the correct direction as shown on the battery cover illustration. Failure to install batteries in the
correct direction may cause damage to the product.
3. Determine where the product is to be mounted and pre-drill for the wall anchors 1 . Insert wall anchors 1 into wall. (Omit if
screwing directly into a wall stud). Hold mounting bracket 3 . (Figure 3).
4. Align mounting slots on back of lighting unit 6 with the 2 mounting clips 3 on wall mounting bracket 3 . Fasten onto wall.
5. Insert the lighting unit onto wall mounting bracket 3 as shown (Figure 4).
6. Slide switch to “on” or “flicker” mode. The lighting unit 6 will operate for 4 hours once activated, then off for 20 hours
then repeat the cycle at the same time everyday (unless manually switched to “off” mode).
7. Batteries will last up to 100 days in “on” mode and up to 125 days on “flicker” mode based on daily use
Safety
1. This product is intended for indoor use only. Please keep away from moisture.
2. Do not disassemble the unit.
3. Do not mix batteries. To prevent equipment damage, and possible injury, never mix batteries with different chemistries or
voltages in the equipment at the same time. Remove batteries from unit for long time storage to prevent damage from
battery leakage. IMPORTANT: pay careful attention to the polarity of the batteries and ensure they are inserted in the
correct direction as shown on the battery cover illustration. Failure to install batteries in the correct direction may cause
damage to the product.
