Ensure you have the correct power or adaptor before powering on. The decoder must be operated with a
12 VDC, 2.5A, 30W power source.
Confirm that you are using the proper power and cable connection before connecting the decoder.
If the decoder is overheating, check that there is nothing obstructing the airflow. If upon inspection there is no
obstruction, unplug the decoder and report the problem via https://support.digitalglue.com/.
Always turn o the unit BEFORE removing the power adaptor cable. During a lightning storm, disconnect the power
adapter or main cables to prevent damage to the Decoder.
Protect the decoder from direct sunlight and high temperatures.
Install the decoder in a well-ventilated area, avoid dusty and humid places.
Use a soft cloth to wipe the decoder surface. Never use solvent cleaners.
Do not place the decoder in any location subject to strong pressure, shock, or vibration.
Do not damage the warranty label.
Do not allow unqualified personnel to remove the decoder cover. This prevents damage to the internal circuit.

For equipment failures, please contact the retailer where you purchased the decoder.
Use only the batteries recommended for the device. Pay attention to the polarity of the batteries when installing them.
If a battery can not be easily placed into the remote, do not force it. Doing so may damage the battery or the remote.
Do not mix dierent types of batteries. Use batteries produced by the same manufacturer.
Do not use a new battery with a used battery. Replacement of the batteries must be simultaneous.
Immediately stop using batteries if they emit an unusual odor or appear burnt.
Remove the batteries from remote if you will not be using the decoder for a significant length of time.

Troubleshooting
1 The video is not displayed on the TV screen.
Possible cause:
• The video cable is not connected properly.
• The decoder is o.
• The TV is connected to an incorrect input mode.
Solution:
• Check that the video cable is connected
correctly.
• Do not connect through a gaming console.
• If using HDMI, make sure the cable is connected
to the HDMI input on the TV, and you have it
selected on the TV’s input menu.
2 No sound with video.
Possible cause:
The TV or decoder is in silent mode or the volume is
extremely low.
Solution:
If using HDMI, make sure the cable is connected to the
HDMI input on the TV, and you have it selected on the
TV’s input menu.
3 The remote control does not work.
Possible cause:
The remote control is too far from the decoder.
The remote control batteries are low.
Solution:
Move the remote closer to the decoder.
Replace the batteries.
4 Signal acquisition and decoder troubleshooting.
